The Celtics played some football prior to Friday’s game against the Bulls.
Prior to their 109-102 loss to the Chicago Bulls on Friday afternoon, Rajon Rondo, Jeff Green and the Boston Celtics decided to play some football despite not having the pigskin in their possession.
After snapping the ball and a momentary scramble, Green (the quarterback) tossed the ball to Rondo (the center,) and the pair connected on a highly illicit touchdown pass which ended in a Rondo layup.
It’s obvious that the Celtics, just like the rest of America, were tuned into Thanksgiving Day football as they wolfed massive heaps of turkey.
