VIDEO: Kevin Durant throws one down on Kosta Koufos

Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant doesn’t like playing nice, and that’s fine by me.

Durant, who finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds in a 98-95 Thunder win over the Sacramento Kings on Sunday night, victimized Kings center Kosta Koufos with a nasty poster slam in the first quarter of action.

I’ll never get tired of watching a seven-footer (Yes KD is seven-feet tall and you can meet me in Temecula if you’d like to debate otherwise,) handle the ball with that level of proficiency and be able to finish at the rim like that. What’s even scarier is that Durant’s starting point guard Russell Westbrook, notched a 19 point, 11 rebound, 10 assist triple-double in the victory as well.

When healthy, these two may be the most dynamic duo we have in the game today. When they aren’t restricting themselves with hero-ball and unlocking their full potential as a team, the Thunder are a formidable foe for anybody in the Association. Let’s see if they can get rolling (no pun intended) and solidify themselves as a legit contender in the West.
