For some odd reason, the probability of a team cashing in during crunch-time increases tenfold against Phoenix, and their 93-95 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday afternoon exemplifies this.
Jeff Green shed PJ Tucker after slithering his way around a screen, caught the lob inbounds pass from Matt Barnes and slammed home an alley-oop to land the Grizzlies in the winners-circle.
The worst part of it all is how dejected the Suns look as the rest of Memphis’ roster gathers around Green to celebrate his late-game heroics.
