Washington Wizards point guard John Wall is a transition savant. He has a penchant for pushing the ball at breakneck speed, igniting a fast-break at almost any given moment for the Wizards. I’ve labeled Houston Rockets swingman Corey Brewer as the ‘Transition Terror,’ but Wall is deserving of that moniker as well.

During Washington’s impressive Game 3 win over the Raptors on Friday, Wall was up to his usual antics, connecting on a gorgeous spinning layup plus the foul during the fourth quarter.

Attacks like this are commonplace for Wall, who really is a transition magician. Wall’s shooting percentages haven’t been as healthy as he would like so far this postseason, but he’s been a two-way antagonist in Toronto’s case, hence why the Raps are down 3-0 in the series.

Wall and the Wizards will look to close the Raptors out and complete the sweep on Sunday in Game 4. Let’s hope he has some more tricks like this up his sleeves as he hopes to clinch the series.
