Jabari Parker stars in a brand new advertisement for Gatorade.
Milwaukee Bucks rookie Jabari Parker, who was selected with the second overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, was primed to help the Bucks ascend from the Eastern Conference’s cellar this season, along with help from fellow youngsters Brandon Knight, Giannis Antetokounmpo and John Henson.
Parker appeared in the Bucks 25 first games of the season, averaging 12.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game before going down with a disheartening ACL injury on December 15th against the Phoenix Suns.
Parker is working diligently to ensure that this injury is just a minor setback in what he hopes to be an illustrious career, and that exact idea was highlighted in the former Duke Blue Devil’s newest “Building Jabari Parker” ad for Gatorade.
As surprising as the Bucks have been this season, it’ll be interesting to see them establish and identity and construct a team around the core of Parker, Antetokounmpo, Henson and the recently acquiews Michael Carter-Williams. The future is bright in Milwaukee, and Jabari has the chance to be the star that shines most brilliantly.
