According to Adrian Wojnarowski yet again, the Miami Heat have signed former Suns shooting guard Gerald Green.
Free agent forward Gerald Green has reached agreement on a one-year deal with the Miami Heat, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Gerald Green, who played a great sixth man role in Phoenix, gives the Heat something they desperately need. A spark off the bench would help this team tremendously. Sure they still need to prove that the starting five can all stay healthy, but their bench didn’t do them any favors either last season. If Shabazz Napier shows some improvement, Gerald Green keeps up his solid play, and Justise Winslow lives up to expectations, then this team could be dangerous.
Green and Winslow could learn a lot from Dwyane Wade. If this is Wade’s last season in Miami, at least Pat Riley got them some decent assets to put around him.
