MOVE OF THE WEEK: Between the legs no dribble

This week’s basketball move is out of the triple threat position. You put the ball between your legs to set up your momentum before using your dribble. There are a lot of ways to variate out of this. You can put the ball through either leg or you can reject it. In a live situation it serves as a hesitation and can throw off the defender to set up a first step move for a drive or right into your shot. Stay balanced and stay quick.
