The Boston Celtics lost to the Toronto Raptors last night by a score of 113-103. While the Boston natives didn’t get to go home with a win, they were able to see a spectacular shot by one of their many young stars.
With just under 2 minutes left on the clock in the 2nd quarter, the Boston Celtics had a baseline inbound. Isaiah Thomas was passing in the ball with little time left on the shot clock. He found Marcus Smart in the corner who was slowly losing momentum and falling out of bounds. Then he did this:
