The 7th episode of the Tank You NBA Draft Podcast is here! The guys are back and have a full 2019 NBA Draft Recap for you.
There are 4 major discussions throughout this episode. They discuss players that they thought dropped too fair or were selected too high, teams that were winners, teams that were losers, and players they were surprised to see go undrafted.
Zion Williamson, as we had known for quite some time, was selected first overall to the Pelicans making them clear winners in the draft. They winded up with selecting Jaxson Hayes and Nickeil Alexander-Walker in the first round as well which filled clear holes in the roster for the Pelicans.
Ja Morant was selected 2nd to the Grizzlies and ended up being winners as well. The biggest surprise by far in the draft was the fall of Bol Bol. In the last mock draft here at Basketball Society, we had Bol Bol going 13th to the Hornets. Aram and Pat discuss both of these during this episode.
