Draymond Green remembers all the nay-sayers that doubted him when he declared for the NBA Draft after leaving Michigan State. Upon winning the NBA Championship last night, he had a few words for those haters.

Green had a huge game last night, posting a triple double with 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists in the 105-97 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Its been a big season for him, improving tremendously and being an anchor on defense. He averaged 13 points, 8.3 rebounds and 5 assists in the NBA Finals and stepped up huge when they needing him. Draymond struggled early on in this series; but once he gathered himself and got out of his head, things turned around for the young forward.
There’s nothing like shutting up haters and doing what they said you couldn’t. It’s even sweeter doing it, while winning a championship. Green used the criticism as extra motivation and at the end of the day, he was able to laugh with the trophy in his hand.
