The Boston Celtics battled the Miami Heat last night at the American Airlines Arena. Justise Winslow committed a technical foul in the fourth quarter, giving the Celtics one-foul shot. Normally the designated free-throw shooter is Isaiah Thomas, but he got ejected earlier in the game. Without Thomas, it came down to Avery Bradley and Jae Crowder.
How the Celtics decided who shot a late technical foul free throw: Rock-paper-scissors. https://t.co/lZpYy6jrT1

Bradley and Crowder played a friendly game of rock-paper-scissors to decide who would shoot the technical. Crowder won with paper beating rock.
The Celtics laughed about it as Crowder went to the line. He took the one shot, and missed.
The missed shot didn’t affect the outcome of the game. The Celtics won 105-95 improving to 15-12. Crowder finished the night shooting 4-6 from the line while Bradley never took a foul shot.
