According to CBS Sports, Cleveland Cavaliers GM David Griffin expects LeBron James and Kevin Love to both opt out of their contracts.
During an interview, David Griffin went on to say that he expected both players to opt out of their contracts but he also expects them to return to the Cavs.

This could mean that maybe they are both taking a little less money so that the team can sign some better bench players. On the contrary, it could also mean they might want more money. If this team is going to win a championship though, they will probably need some more help on the bench. As this year’s Finals has shown, it would not be a bad idea to bolster the bench squad.
If the stars take less money, then they could start building an environment sort of like the Spurs. A deep bench would make this team absolutely unstoppable, and provide some insurance if Love and Kyrie happen to go down with injuries again.
