VIDEO: 11-year-old Jaden Newman scores 59 points, hits 16 threes in HS game

  • Jaden Newman is 11 years old.
  • She plays for the varsity team at Downey Christian High School in Orlando, Florida. 
  • She scored 59 points against Victory Christian Academy in a 98-46 win. 
  • She hit a school record 16 three-pointers in the game.
  • She’s been playing varsity for Downey Christian since she was 9 years old.
  • She’s the youngest high school player to reach the 1,000-point mark after dropping 47 points against Cornerstone Christian Academy last month:
