IOWA FOR THE WIN! #MarchMadness https://t.co/BaAyujqfWj

The other school who made it from the Philadelphia area, Villanova, handled their opponent, UNC-Asheville, pretty easily today.
Temple on the other hand, didn’t have the same luck vs. Iowa. The #10 seed Temple was stunned on a game winner, in a game where there player Quenton DeCosey drilled three free throws with 2 seconds left that sent it to overtime.
Temple took a different approach to arrive at today’s game, as they rode the NYC Subways as a team. Thought to be an x-factor in their preparation, it didn’t prove to be successful. It was a tough way to end the season for Temple. It remains the same for their coach Fran Dunphy as he falls victim to this telling stat.
