Robinson, the fifth overall pick of the 2012 NBA Draft, will be joining his fourth team in three seasons (fifth if you count the Nuggets.) He’s struggled to find his niche in the NBA, but told Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders that he’s excited about the opportunity afforded to him by the Nets.

Robinson is an energetic, rebounding big man that is looking to prove himself in the Association. He’ll compete with Brook Lopez, Mason Plumlee and the recently acquired Thaddeus Young for minutes, and try to prove his worth in the NBA.
Robinson averaged 3.6 points and 4.2 rebounds in 32 games for Portland this season.
