Flip Saunders has confirmed that Ricky Rubio will not return until January, as reported by 5 Eyewitness News.
Flip confirms no Ricky until Jan. Pek still a good week or more away from doing stuff. Shabazz (ankle) and Mo (back) didn't practice today.

Coming after their loss that gave the 76ers their first win, the Timberwolves now find out that they have to wait even longer for their leader on the court to return. The T’Wolves were competing in a lot of the games that Rubio played in, but since he has been out with an ankle injury they have been blown out a couple times and suffered some losses to bad teams.
Not only is Rubio out, but Minnesota is gathering a list of injuries. Oklahoma City must have passed the injury bug around to them, because Pekovic is also not coming back for another week or so. Plus, Mo Williams and Shabazz Muhammad are struggling with injuries of their own.
Rubio got rid of the crutches and the walking boot though and he’s itching to return to the floor.
