The Milwaukee Bucks had a fantastic offseason. Finishing last season as the 6th seed in the Eastern Conference, the Bucks looked to keep together a young core that found success in the Eastern Conference. They did just that.

The Bucks were worried about the future of Khris Middleton, than locked him up. They were looking to get bigger down low, then signed Greg Monroe. To keep everyone happy, John Henson signed a four-year extension as the big who will come off the bench. The Bucks have a complete team.

Jason Kidd has a group of young, versatile athletes who responded well to his coaching last season. None of their starters are under 6’6″, and all have long wingspans to block passing lanes and transition to fast breaks. All of their starters can score, and cover multiple positions on defense. The Bucks are on the rise.

What should fans look forward to this season?

Milwaukee Bucks fans should look forward to watching a future contender form in Milwaukee. Greg Monroe is a massive addition. They finally have a true center who averaged a double-double per game last season. With Jabari Parker returning from injury and the addition of Greg Monroe, the Bucks will no longer have issues scoring points.

Jason Kidd is another example of a young coach molding well with a young team. With this young team, it is all about progression. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jabari Parker are potential stars, and another season working together will help the both of them reach stardom. Milwaukee is no longer the laughingstock of the NBA.
