According to the official Twitter account of the Los Angeles Lakers, forward Ryan Kelly has a torn right hamstring, and is expected to miss at least six weeks of action. Kelly suffered the injury during the second quarter of the Lakers loss to the Golden State Warriors on Sunday.
Kelly underwent an ultrasound on Monday, and a tear of the right hamstring was revealed. Kelly has dealt with hamstring issues all season long, and has been limited to only three games this year due to the injury.
In three games this season, Kelly averaged 3.7 points and 1.7 rebounds per game.
