Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins abhors the Los Angeles Clippers and their tendency to flop, and after a 104-111 loss to the Clippers in the Kings’ season-opener on Wednesday night, Cousins was very vocal about his dislike for ‘Lob City.’
“I hate them, honestly, I do. I hate them.” – Cousins on the Clippers

During an appearance on Grantland in the summer of 2014, Cousins admitted to Bill Simmons that he loathed starting point guard Chris Paul, saying: “I dislike CP a lot.”
Surprisingly, the Clippers have become one of the most detested teams in the league, with many growing weary of their whining and flopping ways. In the past, you couldn’t turn on a Clippers game without seeing Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan, Paul and even head coach Doc Rivers pouting and bellyaching for a whistle to be blown. It was as if they believed they had a sense of entitlement despite accomplishing zilch in the postseason.
Couple this with their flopping theatrics, and you have a team that’s easy to hate. But in Boogie’s case, I think his dislike for the Clippers stems more from the fact that he’s only 3-15 against them in their career. When you constantly lose to the same team, they become an irritant. The Clippers have clearly done a good job of getting under Cousins’ skin thus far in his career.
