The 2019 NCAA Tournament is finally here! In the spirit of the festivities, we here at Basketball Society have decided to provide a contest for March Madness this year.
THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE!!!
You must submit below, which teams from those seed categories you believe will make the deepest run in the tournament. You will choose 1 team in each grouping and will get more points based on their specific seeding. Here is the simple points system:
#11 – #16 seeds – 3 points
#8 – #10 seeds – 2 points
#5 – $7 seeds – 2 points
#3 – #4 seeds – 1 point
#1 – #2 seeds – 1 point
The top 3 people with the most points by the end of 2019 March Madness will receive the following prizes:
1st place: $125 + Basketball Society Thin Hoodie
2nd place: $50 + Basketball Society Shorts
3rd place: $25 + Basketball Society T-Shirt
For this contest, there are a few rules we want to establish:
- Only 1 entry allowed per person. If you submit more than 1 entry, we will NOT include you in the contest
- You must be following us on Twitter and/or Instagram. That’s how you can see the standings anyway!
- Fill out all of the fields below
For the prizes, we will be using Venmo to transfer the funds to the winners and will be contacting you through email so make sure you enter your information correctly!
We will be releasing the updated standings every morning during March Madness with the top 10. And if you want to know where you stand, just ask!
ALL ENTRIES WILL LOCK AT 12:00 PM EST Thursday March 21st.
