We Need To Just Leave Dwight Howard Alone

This article is nonsense, all of the criticism towards Dwight Howard is nonsense, and particularly from last night, the hate this man receives is complete nonsense.

I shouldn’t have to feel the need to have to write an article about this, but because of everything that has happened in the last 24 hours, I absolutely had to. For all of you that don’t know much about the criticism that Dwight Howard has received over the years, let me briefly refresh your memory really quickly.

Dwight Howard continuously gets berated because he smiles during games. People hate on Dwight Howard because he enjoys his job. That is such a horrible thing. Why is there so much hate towards a man who just wants to enjoy life? I just don’t get it.

Last night, after James Harden hit the go ahead shot the Rockets bench was ridiculed for their lack of excitement. Here’s there reaction:

So, the people who hated Dwight Howard for enjoying the game are now upset with him for his lack of celebration. Yet again…I JUST DON’T GET IT.

Let Dwight Howard react the way he wants. To be honest, most of us, if we were on that team, probably would have reacted very similarly. After Harden makes that shot, you can kind of see Howard pumping his fists inside of his shirt to show a bit of an excitement. But, with that being said, he understood that the game was not over whatsoever. There was still two seconds left on the clock and time for the Warriors to win the game. It wouldn’t be right to celebrate tot extensively here.

DWIGHT HOWARD REACTED THE PERFECT WAY.

This is what Dwight had to say about the hate he received from the lack of his celebration:

“I think everybody made a big deal out of nothing, and we were very happy we won the game,” Howard said after Friday’s film session. “But I think more so we were kind of upset we put ourselves in that situation. It took a last-second shot to win the game when we clearly had the game beat from the beginning of the game.

So for all those people saying we weren’t happy and excited because James hit the shot, shut up.”

You tell them, Dwight.
