The Los Angeles Clippers(45-27) took on the Denver Nuggets(31-43) in a Easter matinee game on Sunday, and it turned out to be the DeAndre Jordan show. He threw himself a block party and the Nuggets were the VIP guests.
In three quarters, Jordan had 16 points and 16 rebounds to along with SIX blocks. Unfortunately, for the rookie, Emmanuel Mudiay was on the receiving end of three of these rejections. Even though his first season is almost over, there’s nothing like a little “welcome to the NBA” by getting blocked three times by one of the contenders for Defensive Player of the Year. Mudiay ended up with only four points on 2-15 shooting, and the Clippers won this game by a comfortable margin of 15.
