HOOPERS VAULT FREESTYLE: Attacking the cone

1383

This week we didn’t post a move of the week, just showing some attacking moves going at the cones (or cones). Working on splitting, changing direction, and as always staying shifty. Variate with your finishes — pull ups, wrong-foot finishes, floaters, and getting all the way to the rim. You’ll see variations of some of our moves of the week, trying to focus on making hard, deliberate moves to score the basketball. Change up where and how you finish: take shot reps in between and from three.

Visit the Hoopers Vault for more basketball and all of the moves of the week.
