Basketball Society announced the date last week for the second annual event at New Brunswick High School.

The event is designed to capture the energy and essence of March Madness with contests, prizes, performances, and more for the community to enjoy wholesome and unique basketball entertainment.

With a lot of help we made history last year. New Brunswick hasn’t seen something like that before and people have been talking about it ever since. We have some new stuff in store for year two and are committed to making it a real staple going forward. – Basketball Society founder Martin Soaries

Sponsors include the Central Jersey Community Development Corporation, First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens and the dfree® Global Foundation.

Randy “White Chocolate” Gill will return after scoring 51 points in the 2019 All-Star Game. The event will again feature a skills challenge and a 3-point contest for youth and a dunk contest.

Music performances will come from Tellemstar and Mel The Prophet.
