Nik Stauskas got pranked by his teammates.
Sacramento Kings rookie Nik Stauskas (call him Sauce Castillo if you want) was spared of his car getting ‘popcorned,’ a legendary prank favored by NBA veterans to victimize their fellow rookies, because well… he doesn’t have one.
So what did teammates DeMarcus Cousins, Rudy Gay, and Reggie Evans do to make up for Stauskas’ lack of a vehicle? They dumped an enormous amount of popcorn in his apartment before their game on Sunday.
Afterwards Stauskas was able to chuckle about his teammates’ shenanigans.
