There’s a viral video going around on Twitter that Nuggets’ point guard Ty Lawson recorded.
He was sitting on his couch smoking a hookah and he was speculating what would happen now that the Nuggets drafted Emmanuel Mudiay.

In another part of the video, he said that if the Kings select Cauley-Stein, then Cousins would be getting traded. Now, he thinks it’s going to be a done deal that he’ll be going to the Kings to join Karl and company.
The chemistry has been shaky lately in the Kings’ camp. Karl seems to want Cousins gone, but Cousins apparently doesn’t want to leave. There were also reports that he asked for a trade after Karl wanted him gone. Cauley-Stein could be a replacement for Cousins, but he might also just be a quality player to put alongside Cousins in the post on defense.
The solution to this issue seems like it will play out during free agency.
