Manu Ginobili was having an stellar performance from the field on Sunday which is something of the norm for him. He had 11 points on 4 of 5 from the field. He added this great block on Kevin Martin to an already good performance.

In the third quarter, Ginobili suffered an unfortunate injury when he landed on the foot Gorgui Dieng, which resulted in a rolled ankle. Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com was first to report the timetable of the injury,
“He’ll be out for a good week. A week to 10 days.” – Coach Pop on Manu’s injury.

The Spurs are winners of 7 out of their last 8 games, which included a devastating loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers at the hands of a 57 point performance by Kyrie Irving. Even with a loaded West, the Spurs are at a tie for fifth in the conference, but they will be without one of their core leaders for a couple games.
