Who are the best defenders in the NBA? The NBA is filled with shot-blockers, steal grabbers, and lockdown defenders who contest every shot. NBA executives and analysts voted on who they believe the best defenders in the NBA are at each position. Every 1st team votes is two points and every 2nd team vote is one point. Lets take a look at the representatives for the 1st and 2nd All-NBA defensive teams for 2014-2015.

Making the All-NBA Defensive teams is an honor. This list is made up of the most feared defenders other NBA stars don’t want to match up against. Earlier this week, Basketball Society writers put together a list of who they believe should be on the All-NBA defensive teams. I was surprised not to see Rudy Gobert, LeBron James, and DeMarre Carroll on this list. I was surprised to see Andrew Bogut and Tim Duncan on this list but they are fantastic defenders. Congratulations to the most feared NBA defenders. They deserve to make this team.
