Zion Williamson

Alright…let’s all take a deep breath.

If you watched that Duke-Kentucky game then you are probably as much in shock as we still are. What we witnessed was nothing short of a masterpiece from Zion Williamson, Cam Reddish, and R.J. Barrett. Right now, we need to focus in on Zion though.

Zion received much criticism from people saying that he was just a dunker. It didn’t take much time for him to prove everyone wrong.

This was his first shot, a three. The man who was labeled as a terrible jump shooter decided to come out and immediately show everyone what he had in the tank. The most impressive part of this shot is that he’s facing up the defender and didn’t step into the shot. His shot is no where close to broken and looked quite good throughout the night.

Zion Williamson finished with 28 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists on the night. He made his only three pointer and shot 11-13 from the floor. What more do you want?

He even hit us with a beautiful in and out dribble leading to a long pull-up two during the game. He was all in his bag and just left us glued to the TV set to see what he would do next. He also reminded us early on that he could also do that whole dunking thing…

There are two videos that we absolutely need to show you of Zion from this game that really stood out to us. First, we’ll show you this one where he walks up the court and then crosses over his defender so smoothly and finishes the dunk in the blink of an eye.

Keep in mind, ZION IS 285 POUNDS. (Yea, that’s going to be exhausted for the longest time so get ready to head that a lot).

This 2nd one we have to discuss a little more. Zion literally just decides to go over and snatch Nick Richards’s shot from his own hands and then throws an absolutely perfect dime to R.J. Barrett:

What more is there to say…

It’s so clear that he’s an NBA caliber point forward. His leaping ability, quickness given his size, great passing ability, and surprisingly good shot all point towards the one solution we’ve come up with:

Zion Williamson, we say it is okay for you to just go straight to the NBA.
