The Washington Wizards got a well needed win against the Chicago Bulls, 117-96 behind the triple-double of John Wall. In Wall’s third triple-double of the season, he had 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists. With this win, the Wizards find themselves a step closer to grabbing that 8th seed. Besides Wall’s great night, it was an overall solid performance from the Wizards. Every starter scored in double figures including Bradley Beal who had 20 points and 7 rebounds and Garrett Temple, who got hot off the bench going 5-5 from behind the arc in the first half.

Things seem like they’ve been getting worse for the Chicago Bulls. Injuries, injuries, and more injuries have held them back all season. Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler held most of the load for the night and they also received help from McDermott, who seems to be in a zone as of late, but it just wasn’t enough. The Bulls have to try and get healthy while winning games in order to achieve that 8th seed.
