Draymond Green is the epitome of an all-around player and he proved that once against last night. The Golden State Warriors defeated the Memphis Grizzlies with a 122-107 win. Green stole the show and it wasn’t with his points. It happened to be everything else that he did that put Draymond Green above everyone else in this game.

Draymond filled the stat sheet with 4 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists, 10 steals, and 5 blocks. Despite being 6 points shy of a quadruple-double, Draymond Green became the first player to ever record a triple-double without having at least 10 points. Another game that put Green in the record books but also showed how much of an impact he makes on the basketball court. The type of player that can completely change the game without scoring buckets is hard to find. The Golden State Warriors have that player and they were all a witness to his greatness last night. Stephen Curry showed appreciation for what Green displayed last night and let the world know about it.

Draymond also got help from his teammates Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant who made their imprints on the game. Durant had 24 points and 5 rebounds while Thompson had a game-high 36 points on 8 of 15 from behind the arc. Mike Conley led the Grizzlies with 20 points and 9 assists but it wasn’t enough to overcome the record night from Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors.
