MOVE OF THE WEEK: Half spin hesitations

This week’s move is the half spin, which can be used as a stop and go to lull the defense and explode out. There’s a change of speed and quickness to this move. Variations included as always. You’ll see the incorporation of the CP3 hesitation going through the legs. We used it as a variation here because it serves the same purpose as the half spin. It’s the same concept just executed differently. The common goal is to stop and freeze the defense before you keep attacking in that same direction.
