Chris Paul is one of those players that we will truly not appreciate until he is gone. Paul has been a top 3 point guard in the league since he stepped foot onto an NBA court. Arguably, he’s been the best.

Last night against the Knicks, Paul showed his dominance. The Clippers beat the Knicks by a score of 101-94 large in part due to Chris Paul’s play.

Chris Paul finished with 24 points and 15 assists. That was his 182nd 20-point and 10-assist game in his career which puts him in the 4th spot all-time. Magic Johnson, Isiah Thomas, and John Stockton are the three in front of Paul. CP3, after his game last night, is only 2 20 point/10 assist games away from tying Stockton for 3rd all-time.

With Chris Paul obviously being the leader in active players for that list, if you were wondering who was next in line for active players, LeBron James comes in at 9th and then Deron Williams 10th on the list.

By the end of the season, you can bet that Chris Paul would’ve moved into that 3rd spot on the list and with how Chris Paul has played this season, he should be able to move to the 1st spot on that list by the end of his career.
