Dwayne Wade could return Sunday vs. Knicks
Miami Heat guard Dwayne Wade has missed seven games so far due to a hamstring strain. The Heat went 3-4 over that stretch and got an increased production load from Mario Chalmers, who started in Wade’s absence but came off the bench for Wade as an off-guard to start the season.
From Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel, Wade could be back for the Heat’s game against the New York Knicks on Sunday:

Dwyane Wade said his goal is to “hopefully” play Sunday in New York after missing seven games with a strained left hamstring.

Needless to say Dwayne Wade is a major part of what the Heat like to do. He and Chris Bosh are the offensive cornerstones of this team. Miami’s ability to reach an elite status again is predicated on Wade’s presence, and with him in the line up, Erik Spolestra’s depth is more sound (especially with Danny Granger now easing his way into the line up).
We’ll see if the Heat and Wade get back on track this weekend.
