After a notable win over the Miami Heat on Tuesday night, the Washington Wizards now possess the second best record in the Eastern Conference at 11-5. Coach Randy Whittman thinks the strong play can be attributed to consistent play from Rasual Butler and John Wall, who is improving on what was a very successful 2013-2014 season.

Former Georgia Tech star, and Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh praised the Wizards play and offensive resurgence on Monday following Miami’s 107-86 loss to Washington. Bosh spoke to Ben Standig of CSNWashington.com about the Wiz Kids:

“Whether it’s the schemes, whether it’s one-on-one, they picked us apart. This is a team that has a steady menu of everything. They’ve got cross screens, they’ve got duck-ins, they’ve got pin downs. They’ve got high screens. …It’s tough. We knew that.” Bosh also added,”They probably won’t find that about themselves until the playoffs, when they’re down [and] see if they can recover.”

The season is still young and Bosh has experienced first hand the tribulations that the Wizards are bound to go through. Regardless, the Wizards are looking like the better team at the moment, and Miami now has problems of their own they must figure out.
